Cancelations

We can accept order cancelations within seven days from the date of purchase. If you have already received your item when you decide to cancel an order, please follow the return procedure. You must return the items in pristine condition, with the original packaging, manuals, guarantee, paperwork and product tags. No signs of wear should be found and the packaging should not be damaged. We reserve the right of not accepting cancelations and returns when the criteria above are not met.

We cannot accept cancelations for bespoke or made to order items. Thank you for understanding.
